房源位置非常好，离主要景点都很近，楼下很多餐厅。房间很干净很漂亮，设施非常齐全，跟房东沟通也顺利，美中不足的可能就是热水器比较老旧，四个人洗澡需要等比较长时间。

The apartment is well located—most major sights are within a 30-minute walk, and public transportation is also close by. One of the highlights is a lovely farmers market just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for picking up fresh groceries. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and situated in a safe, secure building. The only caveat is that both bedroom windows face an alley with a bar nearby, so it can get quite noisy from around 8 p.m. onwards.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji ale z drobnymi niuansami takimi jak: brak mydła czy brak kawy. Dużym minusem są dodatkowe opłaty za zameldowanie po 20:30 - po spóźnieniu 5 min i przybyciu na miejsce o 20:35 musieliśmy dopłacić 20euro - to dość dziwne zasady.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment looked even better in person than in the photos. Marta our host was very responsive and really helpful. The apartment is in a great location, many sights on the doorstep and within 30 mins walking to the colosseum and Vatican City which meant that we walked everywhere. With the concierge and buzzer entry system it felt very safe especially as a single mum with two teenage girls. Great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and markets nearby. Rome did not disappoint. All in all an absolutely wonderful stay and we hope to be back.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war absolut reibungslos. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und es ist alles wie beschrieben. Was wir allerdings bekritteln müssen: es war UNFASSBAR laut in der Nacht und in den frühen Morgenstunden. Wir reisen viel und wissen um die schlechte Dämmung im Süden, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir waren im Winter vor Ort in in der Wohnung war es sehr sehr kühl.

We were very comfortable. Marta welcomed us with a big smile and explained everything how it worked. The apartment is very well located, clean and has the kitchen very well equipped. The mattresses are super comfortable and the bathroom great. If I had to say something, as a constructive criticism it is to review the radiator in the second room that did not work. Although we didn't get cold. The sofas are also very simple although they do their function. They are secondary themes as we have gone to visit the city, not to eat echados on the sofa. A 10. I recommend it and I'm advancing that if I visit Rome again, try to rent the same apartment.
