This panoramic penthouse is inserted in a very modern and comfortable Villa. It has been designed with taste and with a special care towards the needs of our guests. The seaside is distant only 190 metres and the centre of Sutivan is just 400 metres far away. If you feel you want to totally relax without thinking about anything our sunny terrace with swimming pool is the perfect place to be! We also suggest you to move down towards the bright Adriatic sea (that you will reach in less than 5 minutes walking) and to explore the nice shore that brings you, on one side towards the village of Mirca trough a marvellous pinewood, and on the other side towards the village of Sutivan! In one direction you will find a preserved and peaceful nature while on the other direction you will find a tiny and unique fisherman village with all the services you need to have an unforgettable vacation!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Sutivan
We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Sutivan. It was VERY hot all week long, but the breezes that came through the apartment helped a lot! We used the pool a great deal to cool off, as well as dips in the sea. Loved the location, super easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in beautiful Croatia!

We had a fantastic stay in the penthouse! The house is nice and modern and especially the penthouse has a unique view of the ocean. Location-wise it couldnt be better - close to the city, harbour and beach but still so quiet and relaxed. The apartment is spacious and bright - lots of space for a family of seven. Only thing that could be better was the beds. Otherwise, we can really recommend this great place!!

We had great stay in the penthouse of the Villa! The apartment is modern, well furnished, comfortable and perfect for a big family or a group of friends! The pool is very relaxing and a nice alternative if you feel lazy and do not want to go to the beach. Sutivan village is very charming and we will come back for sure. Very good vacation!

I can not say enough positive things about my whole process booking, our stay, the apartment and our hosts! We had a wonderful vacation, spending two weeks at this amazing apartment, the photos do not do it justice! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, all furniture is new and modern, kitchen has everything you would need and it was nice to have dishwasher. Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make our stay special. The pool is beautiful! It was like staying at a high end resort! Pool was perfect for days we wanted to be lazy and not venture too far. If you are looking to travel to brac, this is THE place to stay! Close enough and easy walk into town, but on a quiet street. Wonderful and welcoming hosts and beautiful apartment! We are already thinking about our return trip!

Abbiamo trascorso la nostra settimana in Croazia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa era bella e moderna, situata in una posizione molto comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina esterna e la zona barbeque. Un ottimo soggiorno! Si consiglia!
