Our cosy 80 square meter apartment is located in an elegant building from the beginning of the 20th century, just a few steps from the Metro A Vittorio Emanuele stop and the Coliseum. Thanks to the metro, the numerous buses and the central location of the apartment you will be able to reach the Old Town in about ten minutes! The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has 3 double rooms, 2 rooms with 2 double beds, one room with 2 single beds, a living room with double sofa-bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: washing machine, wifi, air conditioning, shower and bidet, iron and ironing board.
Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).
This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.

The apartment, inserted in a fascinating context, is located in a very central area between the districts of Esquilino, Monti and Colle Oppio. On one hand you will be able to stroll through the elegant streets of the neighbourhood, packed with shops and restaurants of all types, while on the other hand, you will discover a neighbourhood where Oriental aromas and delicious ethnic restaurants mix up with Italian traditions. These districts, express the wonderful combination of different cultures arrived form every corner of the World into our city.
In a few minutes you will be able to reach the Metro A or, rather, take a walk to the Baths of Diocletian, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the eclectic Monti area, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and the old centre.
Although the neighbourhood is not part of the traditional tourist attractions we suggest you to explore it, open your eyes as you stroll, enjoy the great market in Piazza Vittorio, follow the fragrances of the Indian, Chinese and Middle Eastern restaurants, discover the beautiful Italian and International clothing shops and then start your journey towards the marvels of antiquity and Renaissance of the Eternal City.

This was a great location!
This was a great location! Very close to the colosseum, but not in a noisy neighborhood. The apartment is also super comfy and homey.
Great location and good stay
Great location and good stay. The bed frame for the twin was broken though when we stayed there so it would break in the middle of the night. Other than that it was a good spot

Πολύ καλό σπίτι και πάρα πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο σε μαγαζιά σούπερ μάρκετ και μετρό! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική και έτοιμη για να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!

The place it’s well located very centric
The place it’s well located very centric, you can move around easy, the location feels safe! The check in I never experienced something like that first we were allow to leave our luggage early that’s nice but everyone does that now this days, then I ask if we could checked in earlier they were very strict about 3pm so we respected that just to find out at 3pm that the place was just started to get clean we waited until 4:45 to be able to check in. Other than that it’s a nice place!

Excellent location, but a traumatic check-in experience. The apartment is well located, clean and with some basic amenities. However, the check-in process was one of the worst experiences we had. We had informed in advance our flight, arrival time and the train ride from the airport. We agreed on a check-in window from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm. Upon arrival in Rome we tried to connect to the airport WiFi to confirm our arrival, but we were unable to due to problems with the verification of the mail. We arrived at the apartment at 10:20 pm and we look for wifi in a nearby restaurant to contact the manager. Instead of understanding our situation, he began to scold us rudely, demanding that we had warned him from the airport, without even letting us explain. Her attitude was unacceptable, especially after an international flight. To top it off, she charged us extra for late check-in and had no change to give us.

Very central location, 10 minutes walk for colosseum, Due to Vatican Jubilee all famous places are under construction so please avoid visiting until next year, check online before booking your trip. Other than that everything is perfect. You can fit 8 people easily. Lots of shops and restaurants round the corner. Described well in listing. no issues check in or out. Reasonable price, Very recommended.
