Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

The apartment is located very close to St. Peter. In a couple of steps, you will be able to immerse yourself in an authentic Roman neighbourhood where you will get in touch with the customs of the inhabitants of the city, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some restaurants that aren’t yet touristic like simple and tasty “pizza al taglio” and trattorias. Summing up, this is the perfect place to savour the “real” Rome without giving up the comfort of reaching the city center and major tourist attractions. The St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums, the famous Piazza Navona and the charming Campo dei Fiori are at a short walking distance as well as for the archaeological area of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The surroundings of the apartment are very animated offering a great shopping area and a wide variety of Italian and foreign restaurants.
All types of public transport are available nearby: train stop San Pietro an many bus stops at 200 m, The apartment is a 40 minute taxi ride from the airport of Fiumicino.

Η ιδιοκτήτρια άργησε να μας συναντήσει και την περιμέναμε μια ώρα στο πεζοδρόμιο για να μας δώσει τα κλειδιά. ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός αν και έλειπαν κάποια βασικά πράγματα όπως είτε ταμπλέτες για το πλυντήριο πιάτων είτε σφουγγάρι για να πλύνεις τα πιάτα με τα χέρια. Θα μπορούσαν να μας ενημερώσουν έτσι ώστε να φέρουμε εμείς. Τέλος η τοποθεσία ήταν ότι καλύτερο με άμεση πρόσβαση είτε στο Βατικανό είτε με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς στο κέντρο της Ρώμης.

The location is very good
The location is very good, close to the metro and supermarket. The apartment is very comfortable and has good heating. The bedding and kitchen supplies were very good.

Bra läge och mycket välstädat. Vi kunde få komma in i rummet redan vid kl. 11 och lämna väskorna

Good location and relatively close to transport. Very clean and all we needed from an apartment. The less than 10 rating is not due to any flaw with the property itself, which was perfect. If you are just Vatican centric, comfortable with the bus/taxi, or love long walks it’s great.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment! Marta was a great check-in host — super responsive, friendly, and she gave fantastic restaurant recommendations. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is spacious. The location is excellent — right next to the Vatican, there is a nice restaurant right outside, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is very walkable (Trastevere, Centro Storico, and Prati are all within 30 minutes). It is also close to trains from the airport and busses to the train station.Our only issues were that the walls were very thin (the guest next door was very loud) and the bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain (hopefully Marta has fixed this for the next guest). Overall, a great place to stay. I would recommend it!
Buen alojamiento.
Buen alojamiento. La ubicación en la ciudad es buena. Estás a dos calles del Vaticano y a una media hora caminando de los principales sitios turísticos, claro está que cruzando la calle encuentras la parada del bus que te lleva hasta ellos. Se encuentra muy cerca a unos buenos restaurantes y supermercados. La atención de Marta fue muy buena y oportuna.El acceso desde la calle se ve un poco descuidado pero al entrar al edificio donde está el apartamento se encuentra todo en muy buen estado y muy agradable.El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días en la ciudad.

Excellent location within short walking distance to Vatican City, restaurants, shops, supermarket and public transportation. Easy walking distance to main Rome old city on the other side of the river.The apartment has everything that is needed and good hot water.Marta was very helpful and patience with our check-in delay due to technical issue with our airplane for our flight to Rome.Will stay here again on our next Rome trip.

Excellent location. Short walk to the Vatican. Host very responsive. Arranged airport transfer and met us at vehicle when we pulled up. Very happy with our stay.
