Casa da Maurizio is located in a historic building in Rome from the beginning of the 20th century. Very original, quiet and equipped with every comfort, overlooking a tiny street, it will be your starting point to visit the Eternal City.
The 80sqm apartment consists of a nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm width double beds with sofas and Smart Tv each one and 1 bathroom.
Air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating and one of the fastest free internet connections in Rome are available for our guests.
For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.
The furnishings have been carefully designed to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere with a typical touch of Italian elegance.
Access for guests
The apartment is located in a historic building from the beginning of the 20th century on the 1st floor. There is an elevator. To access the lift there are 7/8 steps.

We are located in the Esquilino district, in a strategically position, near the archaeological heart of the Eternal City, the Coliseum and the Appia Antica, a step away from the multiethnic market in Piazza Vittorio, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the cosy clubs, restaurants, pubs and cafes of the University San Lorenzo district. Lo recomiendo.
Buena experiencia.La comunicación fue muy fluida y amena.La ubicación está bien, sobretodo si te gusta caminar.El piso es grande, 4-5 personas entran cómodamente.Es antiguo y las vajillas podrían estar mejor, pero en general está bien.Lo recomiendo.

Las camas una maravilla!
La llegada fácil, el alojamiento hermoso y cómodo, las camas una maravilla, estaba bien amoblado, al principio no salía agua caliente hablé con Marta y nos pidió que reiniciáramos la caldera y funcionó. Nunca conseguimos que el aire acondicionado enfriara, no había tanto calor como afuera pero no estábamos frescos por la noche era difícil conciliar el sueño. La zona está cerca de la estación de Roma Termini y con buen acceso a metro, buses y tranvía, pero daba sensación de inseguridad al no contar con buena iluminación por la noche y la cantidad de inmigrantes que hay, no nos pasó nada, pero la verdad es que nos nos arriesgábamos a caminar por la noche en esa zona, hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca también. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y Marta nos ofreció que nos buscaran en el aeropuerto y nos pasó la dirección de una tienda donde poder dejar nuestro equipaje cerca de coliseo para no perder nuestra excursión y nos vino de maravilla. Muchísimas gracias

A fantastic apartment with lots of space, cosy home feel. Very good location, with fantastic restaurant at the end of the road and bus and rail connection near by. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief from hot weather outside!Francesca was very helpful, and very proactive in helping solve any problems.

Marta nous a très bien accueilli et nous a beaucoup aidé.L’appartement était vraiment bien même si le quartier est un peu délaissé par la ville. L’appartement était à proximité des transports en commun
