Ideal for large families and friends, our antique and super original house will offer you the opportunity to spend a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in an atmosphere of once upon a time!
Our charming stone house, located at the crossroads between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, overlooks the amazing Valley dug during centuries by the River Tevere in Rome direction and the peaceful hills surrounding Bagnoregio. The house is part of a bigger building made of a antique tower from middle ages (that is not part of the rental) and an intricate multi floor building (the part that we rent) located just under it made of secret rooms, old Etruscan caves with a unique and untouched character. The house has been carefully renewed during the years and it has been designed with a surprising taste, mixing up the furniture coming from local artisans, the paintings from an Italian-Swedish artist and the materials such as wood and stone have been carefully chosen to create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The Villa is equipped with all the comforts of a modern house! If you are looking for a very special place with an original and unique atmosphere come and take a look!
There are 4 double comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge living room, 1 large kitchen, a dining space, some Etruscan caves once used for oil and wine, and many stone corridors from past ages. The ambience is really remarkable!
The house is directly connected with the surrounding garden, furnished with tables and chairs. Our guests will find our swimming pool with sun loungers immerged in the green hills with a memorable view just 50 meters from the house!
For your candle light dinners or your lunches al fresco you will be able to enjoy an outdoor area with a breathtaking view!
You will be surrounded by peace, good weather and the Mediterranean perfumes carried by the wind.

We stayed 11 days at the villa. Exactly like on the pictures. Charming, spacious… the view is just wow. 90 minutes of Rome and 2 hours from Florence. Well located for day trips. Great restaurants at 5 to 15 minutes… Jovez Ristorante was our favourite. Highly recommend
The location is great: super peaceful and with an amazing view over the wide valley. The house is particular: full of paintings and sculptures made by the owner, several rooms and hallway and even a wine cellar. The furnitures are old but still acceptable. When we got there, the house was super humid: turning on the heat a day before our arrival would be appreciated. Also, it was clean but dusty: the housekeeper told us it’s been closed for more than a month but, if you rent it, you have to set up a quick clean before hosting new people. Another tip: buy trash bins for the recycle since people cannot arrange plastic bags for glass, metal, paper and plastic, especially when the house is big and many people are going to live it all at once. Last thing: housekeeper should come at the house at time of the check out and not 1 hour earlier, while guests are still having breakfast are packing their stuff. After all, we had a great stay and we recommend this place.
We loved our stay here. It is incredibly spacious and definitely unique with the Etruscan caves and artwork. What made it for us was the view and location which was absolutely stunning. So peaceful and yet convenient for local shops. Orvieto, Bolsena, Todi and Montepulciano, all easy short trips away. Tina was on hand if we needed anything and was so friendly. Kids loved relaxing in the small pool (again with stunning views) and using the trampoline and table tennis table. I don’t think you will find a place quite like this elsewhere.
What a stunning location! We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our evenings, sitting outside and drinking wine, overlooking the gorgeous valley below. It is close to Orvieto, so it was easy to get into town to wander around or buy groceries. The house is really interesting, especially the caves, and my nieces loved the pool. The only issue we had was with the cost of electricity. The listing did state that the cost was .50 Euros/kilowatt, but with no real way to gauge how much that could add up to, we paid more than we had planned at the end of our week. But that confusion aside, the place is fantastic and we felt very spoiled to be there. Also, Tina (the on-site host) was exceptionally helpful and kind, even with a language barrier.
