The apartment is located in a 4 storeys building from the 1930’s with 10 apartments in total. From the windows you can admire the dome of St. Peter and the green hill of Monte Mario with Villa Miani. It was designed with double windows for soundproofing, air conditioning and independent heating. It is located 1.2 Km (15 minutes) from St. Peter's Basilica, 650m (8minutes) from the Vatican Museums, 550m (7 minutes) from the Ottaviano station metro. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop, various restaurants that meet all tastes and needs (even for vegans). With a ten minutes walk you will find yourself strolling through one of the most famous shopping streets, via Cola di Rienzo, then, crossing the Regina Margherita bridge you will reach the famous and central Piazza del Popolo. The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has a single room and a double bedroom, a large lounge with double sofa bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi and air conditioning, shower and bidet.
Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).
This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.

The apartment is located in the lively Aurelio neighbourhood, the western area of the city, close to the majestic Vatican walls and the ancient Aurelian Walls. In a couple of steps, you will be able to immerse yourself in an authentic Roman neighbourhood where you will get in touch with the customs of the inhabitants of the city, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some restaurants that aren’t yet touristic like simple and tasty “pizza al taglio” and trattorias.Summing up, this is the perfect place to savour the “real” Rome without giving up the comfort of reaching the city centre and major tourist attractions. The St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums, the famous Piazza Navona and the charming Campo dei Fiori are at a short distance as well as for the archaeological area of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.The surroundings of the apartment are very animated offering a great shopping area and a wide variety of Italian and foreign restaurants.

Cleaning’s payment: on-line. City Tax: 6 euros per day per person (from 10 years old) in cash at your arrival, (No for Airbnb customers). - Check-in time 15.00 to 20.30. From 20.30 to 22.00 late check in 20 euros to pay in cash at the arrival. From 22.00 to 24.00 late check in 30 euros to pay in cash at the arrival. From 24.00 to 01.00 late check in 50 euros to pay in cash at the arrival. From 01.00 to 02.00 late check in of 100 euros to pay in cash at the arrival. Check in and check out time are to be agreed during festivity. - Check-out 10h.

Appartamento comodo per visitare il vaticano e il resto della città grazie alla fermata “ottaviano” della metro nelle vicinanze. Funzionale e ben arredato. Host molto gentile e disponibile.
Spacious and comfortable!
So much room and so comfortable! With three girls, the two bathrooms were great to have! We really enjoyed our time here. Marta was very responsive and helpful in giving recommendations any time we asked. She was very sweet!No complaints at all!

O apartamento é sensacional. Muito espaçoso, confortável e bem decorado. Me senti muito bem instalado em Roma. Fica muito próximo da basílica de São Pedro e Vaticano. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Marta, gentil e educada. Possui máquina de lavar roupas, lava louças, camas muito confortáveis, enfim, gostamos muito de tudo. A arquitetura e decoração do apartamento é impecável e cheia de detalhes de muito bom gosto.

Dommage que l’air conditionné ne soit pas directement dans la chambre. Il est grand temps que les tapis soient dépoussiérés. Mais propre dans l’ensemble. Je recommande.
The place is huge!
The place is huge! It is also clean and well maintained. The ice cream shop next door is delicious. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. I would have preferred to keep the communication through the Airbnb app rather than talking with someone else in a messaging app. I did not like that they charge extra for bedsheets (e.g. if two guests use two separate beds instead of a double bed).
