Access for guests
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.
The apartment is located on the first floor and the building is equipped with an elevator, making access convenient also for guests travelling with luggage.
Area
The apartment is located on Via Principe Umberto, in the Esquilino district, one of the most central and multicultural areas of Rome.
One of the main advantages of this location is its excellent accessibility. The Vittorio Emanuele Metro A station is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it easy to reach many of Rome’s most famous areas and attractions. Several bus lines are also available nearby.
Roma Termini railway station is approximately a 15–16 minute walk away. From Termini, guests can easily take trains to destinations throughout Italy, as well as the Leonardo Express, the direct train to Fiumicino Airport, which takes approximately 32 minutes.
The neighbourhood offers a genuine Roman atmosphere, with historic buildings, local shops, cafés, restaurants and the lively Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II area. It is a multicultural and authentic part of the city, where everyday Roman life blends with the convenience of being close to the main sights.
The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore are all within easy reach, either on foot or by public transport. The central location also makes it easy to explore Rome without needing a car.
Whether you are arriving by train, flying into Fiumicino or planning to spend your days discovering the Eternal City, the apartment offers a convenient and well-connected base for your stay.
Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay €6 per night for the City Tax, applicable for a maximum of the first 10 nights in the case of longer stays.

From Roma Termini Railway Station
The apartment is approximately 1.2 km from Roma Termini, about a 15–16 minute walk.
Alternatively, you can take Metro A from Termini towards Anagnina and get off at Vittorio Emanuele station, which is approximately a 4-minute walk from the apartment. A taxi from Termini is also a convenient option.
From Fiumicino Airport
The easiest option is to take the Leonardo Express directly from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini. The journey is direct and takes approximately 32 minutes.
From Termini, you can walk to the apartment in around 15–16 minutes, take Metro A to Vittorio Emanuele and walk for approximately 4 minutes, or take a taxi.
By public transport
The Principe Umberto bus stop is approximately 150 metres from the apartment, while Vittorio Emanuele Metro A station is approximately 300 metres away.
Several bus lines operate in the surrounding area, providing convenient connections to Termini, the historic centre and other parts of Rome.
By car
If arriving by car from the north, take the A1 motorway towards Rome and then follow the A24/Tangenziale Est towards the city centre and the Termini/Esquilino area.
Once in the Esquilino district, follow the signs towards Via Principe Umberto, number 37.
As the apartment is located in a central area of Rome, we recommend checking ZTL restrictions and parking options before driving into the city centre.
