Our cozy and luminous apartment is located in the heart of the most elegant and vibrant areas of Rome. close to one of the oldest and most beautiful squares of the city: Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, the beating heart of Trastevere neighbourhood, one of the last districts that have tenaciously maintained an authentic Roman character!
The apartment is ideal for two people. It has been beautifully restored and furnished with taste and attention for the comfort. It consists of an mezzanine area with a double bed and private small terrace, a living room area , a well-equipped small kitchen a large bathroom with shower and another small terrace on the ground floor.
If you want to stay in a smart and beautiful location in the heart of the city, our apartment represents the ideal solution.
Crossing the river Tiber you will reach the city Old Center and all the main touristic attractions in a few minutes walk. Ideal for those who want to explore the city by bike or just walking, the area is also well connected with public transport. The trams 8 and 3 are located on Viale Trastevere, a few hundred meters away from us. With the tram 8 you can reach Piazza Venezia while with Line 3 you can arrive until Villa Borghese and Valle Giulia, through San Lorenzo, known as one of the youngest and most eclectic areas of the city.
Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).
This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.

The perfect location
The perfect location - close to the action but pindrop quiet at night. A small but well equipped space with comfortable bed and pillows. Very responsive host who sorted out a minor problem very quickly for us. Highly recommended
Die Unterkunft war ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.
Die Unterkunft war ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Auch die Darstellung auf den Fotos entspricht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Das Bett war zwar recht klein (140x200), aber sehr bequem. Leider konnte man den Duschkopf in der Dusche nicht befestigen und das Wasser war auch eher lauwarm. Zudem funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht. Wir mussten jedes Mal auf den Toilettendeckel steigen, und oben im Spülkasten die Mechanik betätigen.Die Unterkunft war ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Bei einem kleinen Problem waren die Vermieter sofort zur stellen und haben geholfen. Das war einfach klasse. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Good location. Lots of bars and restaurants near by and short walk to Central RomeBathroom, kitchen and balcony we're v small, but then it's called tiny house!! Bed was comfy

Great location. Charming place.Loft bedroom is MUCH hotter than the lower level even with the AC on continuously. Needs a fan to cycle the air upstairs. This made for difficult sleeping.

Overall very good!However, the late check in fee must be paid in cash and the host didn’t have any change, which was not communicated (the late fee was clearly communicated).Also, there was very little toilet paper and no kitchen paper or towels. When we ran out of paper we were told the agency doesn’t provide any additional toilet paper.

Super fin lejlighed. Lille men mangler ikke noget. Rent og pænt. Virkelig godt område som er fyldt med restauranter og god stemning. Nem og hurtig kommunikation ang lejligheden.
