Il nostro grazioso appartamento di circa 90 metri quadri si trova in una palazzina dell’inizio ‘900 a pochissimi passi dalle fermate Metro linee A/B Termini e linea A Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. Grazie alle metro, ai numerosi autobus e alla posizione centrale potrete raggiungere i Fori e il Centro Storico in meno di dieci minuti! La casa è pertanto situata in posizione molto favorevole per visitare le bellezze, i monumenti ed i musei della città eterna con grande comodità.
L’appartamento ha tre camere doppie, due con letto matrimoniale alla francese e una con letto matrimoniale standard, un salone con divano letto, una cucina e 2 bagni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, asciugatrice, wifi, aria condizionata, lettore DVD, doccia, bidet, ferro e asse da stiro, prese usb, bollitore, lavastoviglie, toaster, macchina del caffè.
Questa casa vacanze è stata regolarmente approvata dal Comune di Roma.
All'arrivo, ogni ospite di età superiore ai 10 anni deve pagare 6 euro a notte per l'Imposta Municipale di soggiorno. (solo per le prime 10 notti in caso di soggiorni lunghi)

Un gran alojamiento había todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia amena. Aunque considero que hay ciertos puntos a evaluar, por ejemplo: - tienen mucha humedad en algunas recámaras - ser más flexibles al momento de la llegada ya que cobran extra por hacer check in en las noches, y se entiende pero muchas veces sucede que no queda en nuestras manos porque dependemos de vuelos o recorridos largos. - la limpieza del lugar fue buena - la ubicación es privilegiada, tienes cerca el mercado central y estación dependemos termini - solo había dos rollos de papel por baño, debería haber 1 extra. - en general todo excelente, si regresaría, aunque solo nos gustaría fueran un poco mas de flexibilidad. Gracias por ayudarnos a nuestra estancia

The apartment was clean and the rooms, linen, and bathrooms great.
The area was by the Roma Terminal which was convenient. The walk from the terminal to the apartment was easy and short. The apartment was clean and the rooms, linen, and bathrooms great.n, and bathrooms great. Appliances where many and the washing washer and dryer was a plus. Not being from a big city the surroundings with graffiti was kinda intimidating, but soon learned a lot of the city is like that. Very diversified neighborhood. In all our stay was pleasant and convenient.
The accommodations were perfect
Marta, was very charming, personable and easy to talk to. She informed us of how close the attractions, shopping and dining was in proximity to where we were. The condo is very modern, brute and clean. There was 4 of us visiting and there was much space for us. The accommodations were perfect! Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Die Fenster sind fast alle zur Straße, eine aber sehr gut gedämmt. Dadurch war es immer schön ruhig. Die Klima-Heizung hat auch gut funktioniert. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt leider verkürzen, da es ein Rohrproblem im Bad gab, welches beim Einzug nicht erkennbar war. Auch hier war der Kontakt SUPER GUT. Wir haben gemeinsam besprochen was die Optionen sind und schnell war klar, dass wir umziehen und man bot uns an, die übrigen Nächte erstattet zu bekommen. VIELEN DANK! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und da nun der Klempner dort war, würde ich auch jederzeit wieder buchen.

We stayed at Casa Enea for several nights. With a new interior, it is spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms was great for our family, situated on the first floor, very close to the station. It served as an ideal base for our exploration of Roma. Close to Roma Termini,

Casa Enea was a good fit for our family of 4.
Casa Enea was a good fit for our family of 4. Kitchen essentials were just enough for us to prepare daily breakfast before heading outdoors. Bedrooms were nicely separated for privacy. Bathrooms were very clean & modern. The washer & dryer were the most useful & best feature for our family of 4! Location is good & walkable to the Colosseum, train station, and more. A lot of graffiti and trash in the immediate area, but within minutes you’re able to walk into cleaner areas. Overall, it was a good home base to start and end each day.
