We are a group of young people with the desire to discover the world and its inhabitants, to find out the simplicity of small gestures, the beauty beyond appearance and authenticity of places and cultures. Active since 2012 in Real Estate, Tourism and Vacation Rentals in Italy and Croatia, we are deeply convinced about the positive prospective of sharing economy!
We have the desire to help all the house owners in Italy and Croatia that cannot take care of their homes throughout the year and those that temporarily choose to transform their home into a Vacation Rental/Holiday Home.
We currently work in Croatia in Brac and Hvar Islands, in Italy in Rome, Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily, Sardegna and in Capri Island.
During our 10 years of business we have collected over 900 reviews on Airbnb, over 800 reviews on Vrbo and over 250 reviews on Booking.com with an overall excellent rating.

Mi occupo dei proprietari e dei viaggiatori dalla A alla Z. Gestisco le relazioni, le comunicazioni per email e per telefono, le richieste di ogni genere e supervisiono gli arrivi e le partenze. Mi occupo anche delle consulenze relative ai miglioramenti estetici e funzionali delle case. Sono il braccio destro dei proprietari e il punto di riferimento dei viaggiatori.

Sono la responsabile delle operazioni in Croazia! Il mio lavoro consiste nella gestione di tutti gli aspetti delle proprietà della Croazia. Gestisco, controllo, pubblicizzo, organizzo la manutenzione, le pulizie di tutte queste case, collaborando attivamente con i proprietari.
