Il nostro appartamento, accogliente e luminoso, si trova al terzo piano di un affascinante edificio storico situato nel cuore di una delle zone più vivaci di Roma. Siamo nel quartiere Trastevere, una delle ultime zone che ha mantenuto tenacemente un carattere romano autentico! Immagina di goderti il silenzio e la pace di un borgo d'altri tempi ma di trovarti nel cuore di una zona vivace e super centrale. Questo è qualcosa di molto speciale!
L'appartamento è ideale da due a quattro persone. È stato magnificamente restaurato e arredato con gusto e attenzione al comfort. L'alloggio è composto da 2 camere doppie con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con angolo cottura molto ben attrezzato e due bagni di cui uno con doccia.
Se vuoi soggiornare in una posizione elegante e bella nel cuore di Roma, il nostro appartamento rappresenta la soluzione ideale!
All'arrivo, ogni ospite di età superiore ai 10 anni deve pagare 6 euro a notte per l'Imposta Municipale di soggiorno. (solo per le prime 10 notti in caso di soggiorni lunghi)

We loved our stay at Casa Dandolo
We loved our stay at Casa Dandolo. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed, the beds fresh and comfortable. The location in Trastevere was perfect for us, on a residential street a few minutes walk from a small open air market, Santa Maria di Trastevere and the river; with groceries, bakeries and restaurants abounding. If you are noise sensitive bring earplugs and/or white noise machine as the noise from happy Roman’s and emergency vehicles can be loud at night. We will happily return to this beautiful apartment, our little home away from home in Rome. Marta and Andrea, our contacts with Charm were responsive and very helpful. We organized a transfer to and from the airport with them which really took the stress out of our arrival and departure from this magical city.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego pobytu, kochamy Trastevere ale pierwszy raz mieliśmy okazję być tak blisko. Lokalizacja była perfekcyjna, ze względu na spokojna okolice, która zapewniała komfort spania ale do tętniących życiem uliczek Trastevere spacerem szło się 5 min. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo przytulne i dobrze urządzone. Kontakt z Martha był wspaniały, wszystko da się z nią ustalić. Bardzo dziękujemy za przyjęcie nas, na pewno chętnie znowu was odwiedzimy! Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Rom, die in Trastevere gelegen ist. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit hellen Fenstern und eine große Küche, die zugleich Wohnzimmer ist, bieten genug Platz für vier Gäste. Für römische Verhältnisse ist die Wohnung leise. Viele gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, und über den Tiber ist es auch nicht weit, und man gelangt ins Zentrum von Rom. Wir fühlten uns absolut sicher. Die Betten sind gut, es gibt viel Stauraum, nur an Besteck mangelt es, so dass man die Spülmaschine öfter anwerfen muss als nötig wäre. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Gastgeber haben eine Reihe von Empfehlungen zusammengestellt, was sehr nützlich ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very tidy convenient apartment. The 1 1/2 bath made it perfect for a party of four. Walking distance to many historic Roman sites and good restaurants.

A great short stay in a lovely apartment
A great short stay in a lovely apartment which is only 5-10 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of Trastevere (or 15 minutes from Testaccio if you’re looking for great food). Very clean, and comfortable beds. The check in and check out process was smooth. The only drawback was that it is on quite a busy road right next to a junction - this meant there was a lot of traffic noise and beeping horns. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if that bothers you.

The apartment is as you see in the photos - pretty and well equipped. Host was welcoming, organized airport transfer and even helped us with a dinner reservation! We were, however, disappointed by the hygiene: instead of duvet covers, you are provided with two sheets - one to go over and one under the blanket. When asked about this, the host replied it was normal. Also, almost all the pillows in the living room and some of the duvets were stained and gross. Location is great for exploring the city on foot. Quite noisy in the evening and morning, but i think that is normal. Overall, a nice place, if the hygiene challenge is resolved.

O apartamento é fantástico, espaçoso, com camas e travesseiros ótimos, guarda-roupas excelentes. Tudo novo e reformado. Com elevador. Dois banheiros, o que facilitou por sermos 4 pessoas. Anfitriã super atenciosa. Sentimos falta de um forno de microondas. Localização excelente, num bairro onde há tudo que se precisa. Voltaríamos certamente e indicaremos a amigos.

Beautiful place , very comfortable for a good stay in Rome. Well located , chill neighborhood with lots of cool places to see and good food. The place in on a main street so it's not that quiet. Marta was sweet and responsive.
Lovely area, easy check in, gorgeous flat
We were immediately impressed with this place. Lovely area, easy check in, gorgeous flat. Spacious, warm enough (we went in winter) & overall a lovely base to come back to after walking around all day. The only thing I would mention is that it's by quite a busy road so if you are a light sleeper it can get noisy with all the horns beeping! Saying that, it was only a small problem and I would definitely stay there again/ recommend it to others.
